Motivated to take on responsibility
In our company, trainees learn varying professions at a number of different WESSLING Group sites. One of our core apprenticeships is laboratory analysis for chemical laboratory assistants. Here you learn to use spectroscopic and chromatographic methods, analytical coupling techniques, and microbiological and biochemical work methods; as well as quality management.
If you train as an industrial management assistant or business person for office management, you will be employed in our various departments, where you will learn the relevant commercial and business processes.
In our specialist IT training course, you will get to know the infrastructure of our company. We train you.
Our benefits for trainees
We offer our trainees good future prospects. During theapprenticeship, we constantly familiarise our trainees with the tasks they will later assume as responsible chemical laboratory technicians or in other occupations. In addition to an attractive training allowance, we award certificate and graduation prizes for particularly good grades. We promote good grades by supporting our trainees with internal instruction and leave of absence during the learning phases. Thanks to the excellent networking of our European laboratories, traineeships at other locations abroad are also possible. Following completion of their apprenticeship, we are keen to take on qualified trainees as permanent employees.
